Privacy Policy

Launch Punch is a self-serve tool that turns a short business assessment into a launch plan and technology recommendations. This policy explains what we collect when you use it. If you have a question about your data, contact us at privacy@launchpunch.app.

• Assessment answers. The business type, budget, timeline, technical comfort and other answers you give during the assessment, plus any free-form description of your business you choose to write.
• Email address and first name. Collected so we can send you your Launch Punch and let you return to it later.
• Account information. If you create an account, your email address and sign-in method. We never see or store your password — authentication is handled by our authentication provider.
• Generated content. The Launch Punch documents produced for you, so you can come back to them without regenerating.
• Basic usage data. Standard web request information such as pages visited and approximate location derived from your IP address, used to understand which pages are useful.

We do not ask for and do not want sensitive personal information. Please do not include confidential details, personal health information, or anyone else's personal data in your business description.

• To produce your Launch Punch. Your answers are sent to an AI model provider to generate your plan. They are used to create your output, not to identify you.
• To deliver and restore your results. So your Launch Punch can be emailed to you and reopened from your account.
• To improve the product. We review anonymized patterns — for example which business types are most common — to improve the assessment and recommendations.
• To send you email you asked for. Your Launch Punch, and follow-up email about your plan if you opted in. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your business description with other users.

We use third-party service providers to run Launch Punch: application and database hosting, authentication, AI content generation, email delivery, and — when paid tiers are available — payment processing. These providers process data only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if we are legally required to.

Some outbound links to software providers may be affiliate links, which means we can earn a commission if you sign up. Affiliate relationships never influence which tools we recommend. See our affiliate disclosure for details. Clicking an outbound link takes you to that company's site, where their own privacy policy applies.

We keep your assessment answers and generated Launch Punch for as long as your account exists so you can return to them. Lead and email records are kept while they are useful for delivering and supporting your purchase. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

• Access or correct. Ask us for a copy of the data associated with your email address.
• Delete. Ask us to delete your account, your saved Launch Punches, and your email record.
• Unsubscribe. Use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop receiving email from us.

Email privacy@launchpunch.app from the address associated with your account and we will action the request.

Launch Punch is intended for adults running or starting a business. It is not directed at children.

If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use Launch Punch after a change means the updated policy applies.
