Agreement

By using Launch Punch you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Questions go to support@launchpunch.app.

What Launch Punch is

Launch Punch is a self-serve planning tool. You answer questions about the business you want to launch and we generate a launch plan: recommended software, a website and CRM structure, marketing and email strategy, a roadmap, and implementation guidance depending on the tier you buy.

Launch Punch is software, not a consulting service. There is no human review of your plan, no advisory relationship, and no scheduled sessions with us.

Not professional advice

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting, financial or investment advice. Recommendations are generated from the answers you provide and general good practice. You are responsible for your own business decisions, for verifying that a recommended tool suits your situation, and for complying with the laws and regulations that apply to you. Consult a qualified professional before making legal, tax or financial decisions.

The Punch Score

The Punch Score is Launch Punch's own launch-readiness framework. It is a structured way to compare your inputs against the things that typically matter before a launch. It is not a scientifically validated measure, it does not predict revenue or success, and it should not be presented to investors or lenders as an independent assessment.

AI-generated content

Parts of your Launch Punch are generated by an AI model. AI output can be wrong, out of date, or incomplete. Review everything before acting on it — particularly prices, platform capabilities, and anything that becomes customer-facing copy. You own the output we generate for your business and may use it commercially. We may generate similar recommendations for other users with similar inputs.

Software prices and third-party tools

Prices shown on this site are estimates for entry-level plans, checked periodically and marked with the month they were last verified. Providers change their pricing and plans without telling us. Always confirm current pricing with the provider before you buy. We are not responsible for third-party tools, their availability, their terms, or any charges they make to you.

Purchases and refunds

Paid tiers are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Because your Launch Punch is generated and delivered to you immediately, purchases are generally final once the paid content has been generated. If something genuinely did not work — the generation failed, you were charged twice, or you did not receive your document — email support@launchpunch.app within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Your account and acceptable use

  • Keep your account credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Do not resell, redistribute or repackage Launch Punch output as your own product or service.
  • Do not attempt to bypass tier limits, payment, or usage limits, and do not scrape or bulk-extract the site.
  • Do not submit unlawful content, other people's personal data, or malicious input.
  • Do not use the site in a way that disrupts it for other people.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules. The Launch Punch name, logo, site design, framework and content remain ours.

Availability

We aim to keep Launch Punch running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Features may change, and we may add, alter or discontinue parts of the product.

Limitation of liability

Launch Punch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or of any tool we recommend. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Affiliate relationships

We may earn commissions on some outbound software links. This never influences our recommendations — see the affiliate disclosure.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above will change, and continuing to use Launch Punch means you accept the updated terms.
